Western View Management - Terms

All applicants please check our list of available rentals and understand that homes are leased on a first come first serve basis. Contact us to schedule an appointment to tour the properties that are of interest to you. It is important to view a home before submitting an application. The application fee is $35.00 per adult.

*Note: Do not submit an application until the property has been viewed!

When you are ready to apply:

• Complete and return the application with the fee (no personal checks).
• Provide proof of income (employer’s letter or current pay stub).
• Provide proof of identity (photo ID and social security number).
• Complete applications can be approved within 24 hours of being submitted, often the same day.
